What a gem! Great service, very accommodating and friendly. The location was perfectly situated near the Central train station for day trips but also a short walk to Grand Place and all the main sights. The beds were comfortable too. If we find ourselves in Brussels again, this is where I'd stay.

Absolutely LOVELY hotel. I only spent a night here because I decided to come to Brussels fairly last minute during my trip to Amsterdam and Germany and I'm so glad I did and that I stayed in this hotel. First of all, Brussels is an incredible city and this hotel is right at the heart of it. Easy access to museums, shopping, famous sights and wonderful restaurant minutes away on foot. There's also a decent amount of nightlife to be found nearby. I had booked one of their cheaper rooms, which I'm sure are also very nice but I was unexpectedly upgraded to one of their executive suites and it was absolutely delightful. I took the opportunity to have a nice bath in the tub, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The view from the balcony was nice and there are a lot of little thoughtful details that make the room especially nice and convenient. Breakfast was included and had a nice variety. There's also a secured area to store your luggage before and after check out which I took full advantage of to speed run my sightseeing endeavors.
