My extended family and I stayed here for one night and we genuinely left impressed with the entire experience. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt welcoming, calm, and very professionally managed. The apartment was spotless when we arrived, everything was exceptionally clean and hygienic, and the overall standard of the property immediately made us feel comfortable settling in as a family. The rooms themselves were modern, spacious, and very relaxing. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of fresh towels provided, and the apartment had a clean and elegant design that made the stay feel far more premium than expected. Everything was exactly what you would hope for from a high-quality hotel stay: comfortable, well maintained, peaceful, and thoughtfully prepared. We also had a balcony in our room as well as access to the rooftop area, which honestly made the experience even better. The views were beautiful, especially during the evening, and the rooftop atmosphere added such a calm and memorable touch to the stay. Waking up to that view in the morning genuinely made the whole experience feel special. Another thing we really appreciated was the bathroom. The shower was spotless, modern, and the water was consistently hot, which after travelling all day was something our whole family appreciated more than anything. Small details like that really make a difference, and everything throughout the apartment felt clean, fresh, and properly looked after. What stood out most to all of us, though, was the hospitality. Every member of staff we interacted with was genuinely kind, patient, and professional throughout our visit. We were travelling as a larger family group, so naturally we could be a little loud and chaotic at times, yet the staff still treated us with warmth, understanding, and respect at all times, which we truly appreciated. A very special thank you to Sebastian, who went above and beyond for us during our stay. He was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful from start to finish, and he genuinely made a difference to our experience here. It is rare to come across someone who cares so much about making guests feel looked after, and our entire family noticed and appreciated his effort. The photos attached were taken as we were leaving, so apologies for the slight mess in the room, but when we arrived everything was beautifully prepared and exceptionally clean. Thank you again, Sebastian, for your kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. It truly made our stay memorable. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.
