Had an exceptional stay at The Ritz-Carlton in Moscow. We had pleasant stay at the hotel especially the first 2 nights then there’s is new guests stayed next to us they were very loud we can literally hear everything I was surprised that the wall has no soundproofing.. sometimes I woke up in the middle of the night because of their voices I spoke with the reception desk to solve the problem but I believe that they didn’t speak to them anyway.. the 3 next nights was really uncomfortable. Overall nice stuff great service luxury hotel which has warming floor system for the toilets specially in the winter days.

We encountered an issue with the payment. When we checked in, we paid through the link provided. The staff member only mentioned the deposit and did not inform us about the service commission fee. We were quite surprised to see a significant price difference afterward, which was disappointing. We had also called earlier before our arrival to confirm if we could pay via link, and again, no one mentioned any additional fees. We advise others to pay in cash rather than by link — we ended up paying around 17,000 Russian rubles extra just because of paying through the link!
