Randles Hotel

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The room itself was amazing, the breakfast was delicious, and all of the employees from the reception to the bar to the restaurant went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The location is in walking distance to the town center, and we were just a five minute drive from Mucros House and the Torq waterfall. Wonderful place and I have absolutely no hesitation recommending it to anyone who wants to visit Killarney. Highly recommended! Thank you to the staff again for treating us so well!

A gem in the heart of Killarney. I stayed for 2 nights for a business trip (INEC Conference) & it was just perfect. A warm welcome awaited along with a fabulous room. There was lots of lovely touches throughout this hotel with so much attention to detail. The staff were warm & engaging & clearly enjoy working here which says a lot about how the hotel is run. Location is great, 3 minutes drive to INEC & a short stroll to town. Lovely breakfast made fresh to order which is unusual nowadays. I was a woman travelling on my own for business & I felt very safe & well looked after throughout my stay. Can't wait to return & would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Thanks for such a lovely stay.

We are staying at Randles in Killarney and I wanted to acknowledge how wonderful the stay has been. Great accommodations, the restaurant is really tasty, the service by the entire staff has been top tier. Special kudos to Justin at the front desk who is one of the best hotel/resort representatives we have ever had (and we travel a lot). He is simply superb, very knowledgeable about the area, accommodating and very friendly. We would come back just for that treatment and professionalism. All in all… a 5-Star experience. A++++
