I recently stayed at Move Inn Hotel in Jeddah during a layover. Unfortunately, my trolley bag handle was damaged after my flight. I tried to find a nearby place to repair it and contacted a few options, but nothing worked out. I then approached the hotel team for assistance. Although they were initially unable to help, they later agreed to send someone from the maintenance department. Mr. Abdulla from the maintenance team came to my room and repaired the trolley handle exceptionally well. I am extremely satisfied with the service he provided. He was kind, patient, and genuinely willing to help at a time when I had almost lost hope of getting the issue resolved. What impressed me most was that this task was not really part of his regular responsibilities, and many others might have simply declined. However, Mr. Abdulla went above and beyond, giving his full effort to ensure the problem was fixed. His professionalism, dedication, and positive attitude reflect very well on the hotel. Employees like him make a real difference to a guest’s experience. I sincerely appreciate his help and believe he deserves recognition for his outstanding service.
