Jeddah Hilton Hotel

My stay at this hotel was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. There is a complete lack of professionalism and honesty in their dealings; their only concern is money. Although the location is excellent, the hotel’s services are extremely poor. The staff’s attitude is unprofessional, the parking is unsuitable—especially for luxury cars—and they even impose unnecessary restrictions while you’re in your own room: no music, no bringing food, and constant “don’t do this, don’t do that.” This hotel is overpriced and not worth the money at all. It will be my first and last time staying here. I genuinely advise others not to waste their money—there are hotels near the Corniche with far better service.

The rooms need updating. Our bathroom flooded on first use as the drains were blocked. The room next doors noises were easily heard. They wont even being loud just talking and had tv on but kept me awake at night. Hotel definitely needs to invest in sound proofing their rooms. Breakfast was very disappointing. There's one toast machine and a very very slow coffee machine. When people are travelling from aborad for business purpose they need a good night rest for meetings etc next day and want a decent breakfast with efficient appliances that work fast at the breakfast service. For the price people pay its management needs to invest in upgrading rooms furniture and decorating. Far too much is invested in the lobby and external decorating when customers need a comfortable room, decent breakfast and approachable staff.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Al Safina restaurant at the Hilton Jeddah, and I must say that Mary made the experience truly exceptional. From the moment I was seated, her warm smile and genuine hospitality set the tone for a wonderful morning. Mary’s attention to detail was outstanding. She was attentive without being intrusive, checking in at just the right moments to ensure everything was perfect. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she offered thoughtful recommendations that enhanced my dining experience considerably. What really stood out was Mary’s professional yet personable demeanor. She struck the perfect balance between efficiency and genuine conversation, making me feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer. Her positive energy was contagious, and it was clear she takes real pride in her work. Even during what appeared to be a busy service, Mary never seemed rushed or flustered. She handled everything with grace and composure, ensuring that my dining experience remained seamless from start to finish. The Hilton Jeddah is fortunate to have someone like Mary on their team at Al Safina. She’s the kind of server who transforms a good meal into a memorable experience. I’ll certainly be requesting her section on my next visit, and I highly recommend asking for Mary if you’re dining at the restaurant. Exceptional service like this deserves recognition.
