We had a lovely little break here. The staff are fantastic the hotel is lovely but a little dated in places. The only real problem we had with the hotel were other people, the walls are quite thin and the people in the next room to us weren't quite at all shouting all night once they got in till the early hours. The food was great something there for everyone and so much choice. It is also lovely that smokers can only smoke in the garden so it doesn't bother everyone else. There is a kids pool and plenty of pool side toilets, also a great snack bar during the day. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and the hotel is in a great location for the bus, shops and bars. The hotel is clean and tidy. If I could suggest anything to improve the hotel 1) more parasols. 2) an outside pool bar 3) maybe somewhere with tables and chairs under a bit of shade (if like me you want to sit outside but not in yhe full blazing sun there is nowhere to sit, just needs an outside retractable covered area by the stage 4) stopping people from leaving there towels on the beds all day just in case they want the beds later in the day (some people put their towel down and didn't come back till the afternoon) 5) the lifts were hit and miss need updating (stopped working a few times) we will definitely visit again.

We've not long returned from a week at this hotel, and overall had a great experience. The food was good, something for everyone to choose from, with a variety but definitely a typical all inclusive buffet style. The rooms were basically, they could do with an all round update but the did the job and the air conditioning was very good. The best part for my children were the three entertainment staff members Adrian, Cristina and Paula. Those three were like they ran the place, and what a great job they did. So interactive, helpful, friendly to the whole family - from morning all the way until late evening. Thank you & well done to you 3! Regarding the token system, honestly, it worked so well and meant the whole area was so clean and tidy - makes a big difference when kiddies around. Overall I think it's definitely worth a visit, does a decent job for the money & location wise you can't complain either.
