Where do I find my order number?
It is in the email you received after applying. The format is MBD-XXXXXXXXXX.
How do I upload a missing document?
Use the Upload button on that person’s row in the results.
I uploaded my documents. Is my visa approved?
Uploading documents is not approval. The result is updated separately in the status row.
MBD Tourism L.L.C. is accredited by the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai (GDRFA) and submits your visa application directly to the GDRFA. MBD Travel is not a government body. The GDRFA makes the visa decision.
