7-Night West Mediterranean & Sardinia Adventure

We meet at Istanbul Airport 3 hours before the flight. After completing check-in, we fly to Rome (FCO) Airport. Upon arrival, we travel to Civitavecchia and transfer to the 5* MSC Grandiosa.

The entire day will be spent at sea. During this time, you can use the facilities on board. You can have breakfast, lunch and dinner at the buffet restaurant, which serves a variety of dishes freshly prepared by dedicated chefs, or dine at your reserved table in the A La Carte restaurant. During the day, you can join yoga and exercise classes or play tennis, volleyball and basketball outdoors. You can use the gym, which features state-of-the-art Technogym equipment, including bodybuilding equipment. After dinner, you can spend time in the ship’s bars and cafés listening to live music, attend Broadway-style musicals in the theatre or try your luck at the casino. Dinner and overnight accommodation will be on board.

After breakfast on board, guests who wish can join the optional Valemosa & Palma de Mallorca tour arranged by our guide at an extra charge. We begin our tour by exploring Palma de Mallorca, a city with a population of 300 thousand. Sights include Bellver Castle, dating from the 14th century, Palma Cathedral, dating from the 13th century, and Almudania Palace, right next to the cathedral, which we will view from the outside. We then head to the historic Arena. Guests who wish can visit one of Mallorca's pearl workshops with us. Our next stop is the village of Valldemosa in the southwest of the island. We also allow time for photographs while exploring the village. At the end of the tour, we return to our ship. Dinner and overnight accommodation are on board.

After breakfast, guests who wish may join the optional Barcelona city tour arranged by our guide at an extra charge. Our tour in Barcelona will begin with a private bus waiting for us at the port. During the tour, we will see La Rambla Street, the Cristoforo Colombo Monument, Maremagnum Artificial Harbour, Barceloneta Beach, the Olympic area and port, Catalunya Square, Paseu de Gracia Street, where Gaudi’s houses are located, and his main work, Sagrada Familia. We will go up Montjuic Hill to take photos of the views. There will be free time for shopping on La Rambla before we return to our ship. Dinner and overnight accommodation will be on board.

During our Cannes (Côte d'Azur) program, after breakfast on board, guests who wish can join the optional Monte Carlo & Cannes tour arranged by our guide at an extra charge. We will begin our tour in Monte Carlo and then return to Cannes. Known for the Cannes Film Festival, one of France’s most important festivals, the city is also home to the Film Festival Palace, which is among the places we will see. A leading destination for luxury shopping, Cannes welcomes visitors in every season with its shopping streets running parallel to the Mediterranean, side streets and cafés.

After breakfast, guests who wish may join the optional Portofino tour organized by the ship at an extra cost. We will depart from Genoa by bus and first visit the town of Santa Maria Liguria. From there, we will travel to Portofino using local transport. The tour, during which we will explore this village that has inspired songs, will last approximately 5 hours. After the tour, we will return to the ship. Dinner and overnight accommodation will be on board.

After breakfast on board in La Spezia, guests who wish may join the optional Florence & Pisa Tour organized by our guide at an extra charge. As part of the tour, we travel to Pisa. Pisa, which dominated trade in the Western Mediterranean in the 12th century, is known for its leaning tower, considered one of the world’s well-known historic landmarks. On our panoramic tour, we will see the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the cathedral, the baptistery and Miracoli Square. After the tour, we return to our ship.

After breakfast on board, we will be transferred to Rome (FCO) Airport for our journey to Istanbul.
