We then visit the mausoleum of Tito, the former leader of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, known as the House of Flowers. Tito’s tomb is in a sarcophagus at the centre of the single-storey building. Displays here also feature episodes from Tito’s life and his personal belongings. Our final stop is Zemun, on the banks of the Danube River, opposite Belgrade Fortress. The sights we will see include Usce Castle, Gardos Hill and Gardos Tower.
