Explore Malaysia & Bali: 12-Day Tour from Istanbul

On the day of the tour, we meet Ejder Turizm representatives at 10:00 at the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul Airport. After completing baggage and passport procedures, we fly to Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia, on a scheduled Türk Hava Yolları flight. We spend the night on the plane.

We arrive in Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia, early in the morning. After passport control and baggage collection, we transfer to our hotel in our private vehicle. After checking in, we begin our Kuala Lumpur city tour. Our first stop is the Petronas Twin Towers, where we view the towers from outside and stop for photos. We then visit Merdeka (Independence) Square, surrounded by historic buildings from the British colonial period. Here, we look at the architecture of the Sultan Abdul Samad Building and view the National Mosque (Masjid Negara) from outside. We make a short stop in front of Istana Negara Palace, the official residence of the King of Malaysia, to learn about the palace. We have lunch at a local restaurant serving traditional Malaysian dishes. After lunch, we take a short walk through Chinatown and Central Market. There is free time to browse local handicrafts and souvenirs. At the end of the day, we return to our hotel to rest. Guests who wish can spend the evening in the Bukit Bintang area at their own pace. We spend the night at the 4-star Mercure Terion Hotel Kuala Lumpur or a similar hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, we transfer to the airport. We depart from Kuala Lumpur and arrive at Denpasar Airport in Bali. After completing passport formalities and collecting our luggage, we transfer to our hotel in a private vehicle waiting for us. After checking in at our hotel, which is within walking distance of Kuta Beach, we have free time. Guests may explore the surrounding area or relax on the beach. We spend the night at our hotel. Our hotel is the 5-star Bintang Bali Resort Bali or similar.

Today we set out to visit Tanah Lot Temple. Built on a rock formation in the ocean, the temple is one of Bali's important religious and cultural landmarks. Reflecting the worship of Shiva, it was built in the 16th century at the request of the holy man Dang Hyang Nirartha. The temple is particularly known for its sunset views. After the visit, we head to a traditional handicraft workshop to learn about Bali's local crafts. Here we watch the production stages of woodcarving, Batik fabric dyeing and other traditional crafts. Watching local artisans at work gives us a closer look at the island's traditional handicrafts. After the tour, we return to our hotel. We stay at the 5-star Bintang Bali Resort Bali or a similar hotel.

Today offers a full day of free time. Guests can relax in Bali, swim in the ocean or sunbathe on the beach. Those who wish can explore the cafés and shops near the hotel or use the hotel's spa and massage services. Accommodation will be at the 5-star Bintang Bali Resort Bali or a similar hotel.

Today is our last full day in Bali. Guests who wish can swim in the sea and relax at the hotel, shop at local markets or join optional local excursions at an extra cost. There will be free time to relax in Bali. We will stay at the 5-star Bintang Bali Resort Bali or a similar hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, we transfer to the airport and depart for Indonesia. Upon arrival at Yogyakarta Airport, we complete the formalities and travel to Prambanan Temple in our private vehicle. This temple complex, one of Indonesia's most important Hindu temples, was built in the 9th century and is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The temple is known for its three main towers rising into the sky. After learning about the temple's legends and architectural features from our guide, we head to Yogyakarta city centre and check in to our hotel. We stay at the 4-star Santika Premiere Hotel or a similar hotel in Yogyakarta.

After breakfast, we leave our hotel early in the morning and head to Borobudur Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the world's largest Buddhist temple. We view the reliefs and meditation terraces of the structure, built in the 9th century. From the temple's upper terraces, we take photographs of the surrounding natural scenery and volcanic mountains. Around noon, we take a short break at a local restaurant and sample regional Indonesian dishes. In the afternoon, we visit Merapi Volcano, which is still active and has become a symbol of the region. We take a short jeep safari around the volcano to observe the landscapes formed by lava flows. In the evening, we return to Yogyakarta and have dinner at a local restaurant. We spend the night at our hotel. We stay at Santika Premiere Hotel (4 stars) in Yogyakarta or a similar hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, we transfer to the airport and depart for Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia. Upon arrival at Jakarta Airport, we complete passport control and baggage collection, then travel to our hotel in our private vehicle with our guide. We spend the night at Santika Premiere Slipi Hotel (4 stars) or a similar hotel in Jakarta.

After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for Bogor for a Jeep safari. After a journey of approximately 1,5 hours, we board Jeeps in the countryside for a short trip through rice fields, village roads and green areas. We then visit Bogor Botanical Garden (Kebun Raya Bogor) to see its tropical plant collections and water lily ponds. After lunch at a local restaurant serving regional dishes, we return to Jakarta in the late afternoon and settle into our hotel. We stay overnight in Jakarta at Santika Premiere Slipi Hotel (4 stars) or a similar hotel.

Today we have free time on our last day in Jakarta. After breakfast at our hotel, you can take short walks around the city. In the evening, we transfer to the airport. We depart from Jakarta (CGK) Airport for Istanbul at 21:00 on a direct flight with Türk Hava Yolları. We spend the night on board.
