We had a wonderful time at The W in Austin. Our suite was gorgeous, the views were amazing, and service was impeccable. The only downside was our bathtub did not work properly but hotel staff did try their best to remedy the situation. On that note, hotel staff were so kind and ready and willing to help with any of our requests. Top tier customer service. The in room dining was delicious, but The Serenade takes the cake. The food was incredible! We enjoyed drinks at the Living Room bar but sadly did not get to visit the speakeasy. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will stay there again during our next trip to Austin.

It is absolutely perfect to my standards and taste. Elegant 💯 it was classic with a fantastic view. I loved the shower too. I had stayed at the W in London and Rome and Ft Lauderdale but this was my jaw dropping one. Stunning indeed! Breakfast was amazing, fresh and delicious…i need to stress out again the amazing service by the front desk, Valet and Restaurant. Thank youuu. And its very safe particularly going up at the elevator

I had an excellent time this past weekend staying at the W. This was my first time ever staying at this brand and my expectations were well exceeded. I was upgraded to a bigger room before check-in and they have some nice perks like remote work equipment. The Elite breakfast offering was also very generous. Gym is incredible and all of the rooms have a great mid-century vibe. Will definitely be staying here again the next time I am in town!
