Townhouse Maastricht

We had an amazing stay at Townhouse Hotel Maastricht! A cute, cozy but luxury vibe next to the station of Maastricht and on a 5/10 min. walk from the city centre in a lovely neighborhood. We loved the lobby and the restaurant/bar where also the breakfast is served (which is absolutely worth it). The staff is very friendly and always available. The room we stayed in could use a little update (the television was glitching and is not a Smart TV which is think is a must in this time, and for a 4 star hotel the bathrooms are a bit dated) but, having said that, the rooms are spacious, clean, warm and cozy and have a modern/design vibe. Next to that we want to thank the hotel and reservation department for the solution they came up with for a mistake with the booking (the booking was cancelled while we didn't cancel the room and there was a problem with the refund). They offered us a free breakfast, which like I said before is definitely something to consider when booking this hotel. Fresh bread, healthy food but also some lovely pastries and sweet treats, options for everybody and constantly refilled. There is free coffee, tea, soup and some baked goods. The money was refunded to us with some difficulties because of an unusual situation but the contact was very pleasant even though it took some time. Mistakes are human and they solved it perfectly. Would definitely rebook when going back to the lovely city of Maastricht which is worth the visit in itself. Thank you!

Townhouse Hotel Maastricht ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Out a little stressed out day, so after being on the train I Stopped in for a coffee and had a really nice experience. The receptionists were very friendly and welcoming. Great coffee, relaxed atmosphere, and super convenient location close to the train station. Seems like a really nice hotel overall—definitely a good spot to take a break. This staff looks like a nice United team with beautiful family energy. Definitely will recommend this hotel to Friends coming to visit

Although we informed the hotel one week in advance that we were coming for a wedding and requested early check-in for all rooms, none of the rooms were prepared when we called again two hours before arrival to confirm everything. We had to repeatedly stress the urgency of the situation before the rooms were finally prepared. The regular check-in time being around 3 PM already felt unnecessarily late, and despite paying an extra €25 per room just to enter at 1 PM, the process was still very disorganized. The staff was also not helpful regarding parking arrangements. When we entered the room, there was a visible red stain on the pillow, which was not pleasant to see. Additionally, the lamps seem to be mostly decorative, as the room has a serious lighting problem and feels quite dark. Overall, this left an unprofessional impression.
