Lovely hotel in the centre of town and close to the train station. Staff, as seems to be the case with the Thon hotels we have stayed in, are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were OK size-wise for a short stay but a bit on the small size for anything longer. We also couldn’t get the TV to work but wasn’t an issue and we reported to reception on check-out. Breakfast was excellent, very varied with so many quality options!! Again, seems to be a common theme amongst Thon hotels!! Never heard of this chain before but would definitely choose Thon hotels again, without a doubt!!! 👍👍👍
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and the bed are typical Norwegian (small)size. I had been in this country for 2 weeks so I was used to it now. Neither the tea kettle and one bedside lamp worked. But it was on a Sunday so no one can fix them. They provided a great breakfast buffet.
