I stayed at the hotel for a weekend trip to London with my son and had a wonderful experience. The correspondence with the hotel before our arrival was very friendly and helpful, and we were delighted with our room. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable, with a large bathroom and lovely complimentary toiletries. Our room was at the back of the hotel, which made it very quiet and peaceful. We also really appreciated the large window with plenty of useful space for storing and displaying things. A particularly nice touch was that the minibar was included in the room price. The service throughout our stay was very friendly and attentive. We also appreciated the luggage storage, which was very convenient. We visited the pub once for a drink and were pleasantly surprised when our drinks were even offered to us free of charge, as a gesture from the hotel – such a lovely touch! We didn’t choose the breakfast option, so unfortunately we can’t comment on that. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would be very happy to stay here again on our next trip to London.

We had a very pleasant stay at this well-maintained hotel. Its location is slightly outside the city center, making it a quieter and more relaxing place to stay, especially in the evenings. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although the beds were smaller than expected. They are definitely closer to queen-size than king-size beds. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection, and the service throughout our stay was friendly and professional. Overall, if you're looking for a clean, peaceful hotel with great service, this is an excellent choice.

We loved our stay at The Chamberlain - it was a great location only 3 mins walk from Aldgate tube and yet it was peaceful & quiet at night. The room was stylish, really tastefully decorated and had some really nice finishing touches like the fresh milk in the fridge. Our room was a great size and the bathroom had a separate bath and shower that you don’t often get in London hotels when space is such a premium. Staff in the hotel and the bar were lovely. We had a brilliant stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
