The front desk, general manager Sash Patel went above and beyond the call of duty. Buyer beware of using trivago as they did not forward the booking for our prepaid room. Mr. Patel went above and beyond spending over an hour trying to contact and clear up the matter with trivago. unfortunately, trivago is not to be trusted and never responded or assisted in getting a room leaving us stranded. However, Mr. Patel was kind enough to offer us the room at a relatively close rate, making it possible for us not to be stranded without a room for the night. We are so grateful for his assistance.

I'm on a long-distant road trip from Lawton, Oklahoma to Mountain View, California. I already had to spend one night sleeping in the car. I got very little sleep and it was a struggle driving. When I arrived in Barstow, the first thing I looked for was a place to sleep. The rooms are inexpensive. The owner was nice. Everything was clean. I got a full night rest. I would definitely recommend staying here.
