Impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel room. We checked in tired after a late flight and was happy to arrive to a clean room. Everything from the bedsheets, floor to bathroom was spotless and hygienic. I was especially impressed when I stepped on the wooden floor and there wasn’t even a spot of dust felt underfoot (iykyk how rare this is). The room smelled normal, aircon worked, water pressure was strong. Basic amenities are provided such as water bottles, toothbrush, toothpaste, sanitary bag, bath soap, shampoo, towels and hairdryer. Overall a pleasant, clean stay! A great stay for an affordable price.

This is a joke as a hotel and is more like a bad hostel if anything. This is not a good place. The room safe is not bolted to anything so you can just pick it up and walk away. You have been warned.

One thing about hotel service is the gesture of hospitality. because some things could be very flexible and some are not. for this hotel, both flexibility and great hospitality are far from their service. though the rooms are clean, location is great. but the staffs are not suitable to work in hospitality industry. they never smiled, and the security speaks to us like we are intruders, never with a kind gesture. Very disappointing.
