I took off a star because the room was not really toddler friendly. I had the one with a king bed and city view. The bed had a wooden back rest, and my oh my, my toddler got accident with it the first night we were there. Also, the layout of the bathroom was weird and got super slippery after taking a bath. A little bit dangerous for toddler (again) and people who had feet/leg issues. But they have kichen and stuff so it's convenient for me to heat up or cook food for my kid. Well, so it's a win-1/2win1/2lose situation. Other than that. Everything was fine. Good location. Staff was good. Housekeeping was good too (she helped with the dishes, thanks much).

She’s very friendly and hospitable, she makes sure that my requests are met and that my stay at the hotel is enjoyable and restful. She’s very helpful too! I needed help with my stuff and she carried them for me so that I do not need to make a 2nd trip. She also extended my card for a little longer so that I can make a 2nd trip to my room to bring the rest of the items down. Thank you Ana! 👍🏻
