I often stay at this hotel, so I was disappointed to see that this year the overall experience was not as pleasant. The air conditioning in the lobby is not working, making it very uncomfortable to spend any time there. I can only imagine how difficult it must be for the hotel staff to work in such conditions without proper air conditioning. I honestly didn’t expect to encounter an issue like this at your hotel. I hope it will be resolved as soon as possible.

After walking around in the heat and humidity all day I wanted to take a break someplace nice with good cold air conditioning. So I went to their sky bar. Boy was I disappointed... with the tepid, lackluster air conditioning. Perhaps nobody informing them the reason for having it is to make the room comfortable? The drink was fine. The free peanuts were a nice touch. But seriously guys, I expect better from a luxury brand.

We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel in Sheraton Batumi The rooms were excellent, the area was nice, the loop was great, the sunbeds were comfortable, and everything was clean and tidy. The breakfasts were very tasty, and the staff at breakfast were polite. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The only things we did not like were the service by the pool and at reception. By the pool, we had to wait a very long time for our orders, and the staff often mixed them up. The drinks service by the pool was also very slow. We were also not very satisfied with the service at reception. But overall, everything was good.
