We stayed here for one day and i had a great experience. I really liked the hotel, and the staff were very kind and funny. I will definitely come back. The room, however, was only 3 out of 5 stars for me. It was okay, but I think it could be improved.

Three nights in the hotel for business. Perfect location in the heart of Aarhus. Unfortunately the coffee machine in the lobby is broken and not repaired on the 2nd day. One tall man receptionist is very helpful and nice. One middle height man receptionist on June 7 very early in the morning was not service-minded, making me and other colleagues disappointed! There is no cleaning during the 3 nights stay, even though I didn’t put the sign “ please don’t bother” out of the door.
Lovely hotel in the centre of town, spacious and comfortable rooms, great breakfast. You can hear a bit of street noise sometimes but it's nothing that will keep you up. Staff was friendly and helpful.
