Food is ok at best - not bad but definitely not worth the price. Parking is atrocious. Prepare to park at the nearby mall and dragging your suitcase through the rain. Rooms are tiny but otherwise OK. Bed is decent. Staff is excellent and if it wasn't for them, the stay would have been miserable. They really carry an otherwise extremely poor hotel.

I stayed here for 2 weeks for a business trip. The staff were helpful and so nice and so friendly. The room was clean. The restaurant was great. I really miss their breakfast buffet, best I have ever had. The location was within walking distance of restaurants, and a mall. 15 minute walk to the city shops, art museum, and cathedral. Excellent hotel.
Exactly as you can expect from a quality hotel. Staff were very helpful and smiling. They were there tomorrow high service which they did. Great breakfast and I love the idea that rooms does not have to be cleaned everyday - we should all save and help where we can. No photo as I forgot :-)
