Riad Yacout

We booked this riad because it was conveniently located, just a short walk from the medina but outside of the walls and with a public parking but opposite the street. For this reason I would book it again. The breakfast was also great and the terrace very nice. The swimming pool is smaller than it looks in the photos but still good to have access to it. The rooms are clean and comfortable even if not very spacious and the bathroom doesn't have a door, just a courtain.

Our stay was extremely comfortable, and both the host and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. One thing I really appreciated was that the hotel offers two different styles of accommodation: a modern building and a traditional riad, giving guests the option to choose the experience they prefer.The rooftop is also beautiful and provides a lovely place to relax. The location is excellent, especially for anyone wanting to explore the ancient medina and the historical monuments of Meknès. Unfortunately, we visited during a period when many sites were under reconstruction, so we weren't able to see as much as we had hoped.The hotel entrance was a little difficult to spot because the city is currently renovating the roads, but this is only temporary and not the hotel's fault. The only downside for me was the breakfast. I found the selection quite limited, and in my opinion, it wasn't worth paying the additional breakfast fee. Aside from that, everything else was great, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
