Riad Ritaj

It was easily one of our favorite stays in Morocco. The host was incredibly kind and dedicated, and you could tell how much care had gone into every detail of the house. Everywhere you looked, there were thoughtful little touches that made the place feel special and showed how much attention they put into creating a great experience for their guests. The location in the medina was perfect, and the entire house was warm, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The host's attention to detail was evident in everything, even the breakfast, which was prepared with great care. As someone who also works in the hospitality industry, I truly appreciated the level of service and effort that went into making our stay so enjoyable. It's a well-deserved 10 out of 10.

I'm not sure how this hotel can call itself a 5 star because it is not even close to that. We are on an intrepid Morocco tour and this is where we were brought to stay for the night. The riad is very nice on the ground floor with a fountain in the middle but the rooms are a lot to be desired! The beds are get hard and not comfortable. The bathroom is basic at best with very poor quality soap etc. I don't think we would have booked this hotel ourselves. The breakfast was very nice with some traditional fare and good coffee. The service is good but the facilities are not do good.
