Very nice and clean riad. Not luxurious but very beautiful. Fresh and homemade breakfast every day with fresh orange juice. Aisha was so helpful and accommodating. She gave us very helpful tips about everything upon our arrival . We didn't have to ask anything. One day we had to leave before breakfast for a booked trip and they gave us fresh juice and cake for our son. Thank you very much everyone. You were a big part of our unforgettable trip to Morocco.

Nice service, good coffee and cake are probably the only positive things. The area is dirty, slums around, skinny cats, strange people. Before arriving, I asked if room service was available because I would like to eat in peace. Aisha wrote that yes. However, another person said no. Small, dark room, dark bathroom, slow internet. Small swimming pool. The massage was delayed by 30 minutes. I went to Aisha and ask whats going on .She didnt say anything it will be late. There is usually no one at the reception, you have to go and look for it. A few people speak English, the rest don't understand even a word. There was supposed to be a driver with a name at the airport, but there was nothing like that. The same driver twice, very smelly, not fresh even in the morning. The car also smells. 20 € for smelly car. Food of very poor quality. There was supposed to be soup on the menu which I ordered, but there was only a stale salad and a tasteless tagine. Menu very poor. Sweet breakfasts, the only thing you have there is honey and jam and everything made with flour. Eggs looked like cooked few days before . This place is very simple. Rooms are dirty. Hair in the cabinets, dirty mirror. Unfortunately, these are the facts. A lot of chaos between employees. There is a cat in the Riad that is constantly looking for food. This is very sad. There are plenty of better and cleaner places than Marrakech. I did visited many countries but this is worse one. Be careful around . Nice staff is not all .
