Thank you for an exceptional stay! The hotel staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety, and the food by the pool was excellent. The rooms are beautifully designed and very stylish, with a huge, comfortable bed. Everything was clean, fresh, and pleasant, including the sheets and towels. The location is perfect — very central and close to great restaurants and rooftops. We would absolutely love to come back and stay here again! A special thank you to Aya, the guest relations manager at the reception, who took care of everything we needed and made sure we had a wonderful stay. She was truly amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome.

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I almost never leave negative reviews, but I simply couldn’t leave without sharing our experience. We stayed for four nights, and during that time we were moved to two different rooms. The first time was because they had to cut the electricity and water in our room, and the second time because of a terrible smell. To make matters worse, the air conditioning barely worked throughout our stay, even though the outside temperature was around 35°C. The room was unbearably hot, making it almost impossible to get a proper night’s sleep. As if that wasn’t enough, the hotel was carrying out construction work on its rooftop terrace. Every morning, the noise started around 8:00 a.m., making it impossible to sleep or relax. We came for a vacation, but instead we were constantly disturbed by construction noise and had several sleepless nights. The only positive aspect of our stay was the staff. Everyone we dealt with was polite and respectful. This was far from the relaxing holiday we had booked and expected. If you’re looking for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation, I strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

We stayed for 6 nights in early May. There was some roof construction during the day, which was a bit noisy. Overall, it was very good. Breakfast was varied, and we were able to change rooms because we wanted a balcony, even though it was across from another building. They had a good selection of drinks, including mint tea. The restaurant staff provided good service, although they didn't smile much, and the local food was delicious. The reception staff and cleaning staff cleaned meticulously every day, even when very busy. The staff at the door helped us call taxis whenever needed, providing excellent service. It was one of the most memorable and enjoyable stays we've had.
