I had a lovely stay at this hotel with my daughter. The hotel is very clean, and you can really see that the staff take good care of everything. The food was generally delicious, although I found the dinner buffet could be improved. A special thank you to the entertainment team, especially Tima and Siham. They were amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and full of positive energy. They made our stay much more enjoyable, especially for my daughter. I also want to mention the staff at the Italian restaurant. They were very kind, attentive, and provided excellent service. The only disappointment was the evening entertainment for children. The website mentions activities for kids in the evening, but there was very little for them to do. It would be great if the hotel offered more evening entertainment for families with children. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and I would recommend this hotel. Thank you to everyone who made our holiday enjoyable!

Myself and two friends stayed here for a week and unless you’re a family I wouldn’t suggest staying here . It is impossible to find a sunbed as people get up early to reserve them and have them reserved all day without anyone returning to the beds . The pool is so packed especially with children , there isn’t an allocated section for adults so be prepared to be splashed and hit with balls constantly . Far from the relaxing trip away from work we thought we was getting . So this did put our view down massively . The staff was very friendly and allowed us to use the facility’s before our check in time as our flight was very early . The food in the restaurant by the pool where u can order and pay for dinner was very good value for money , we enjoyed the lasagne . Our room was cleaned to a good standard every morning although I will say the cleaner tried to enter at 9:00am everyday which was abit early .
