Family of 4 with 2 boys of 10 and 13. We spent two nights in this hotel. The location is great, very close to the kasbah Ait Ben Hadou. The hotel itself is nice with a large terasse and a small swimming pool (not warm). The food (evening and breakfast) is a buffet and is ok with various choices. The family rooms (1 double bed + 2 single beds) are convenient but a little old. They would do with a little refresh. Numerous staff with a good level of service. Overall good experience.
It is a very luxurious hotel in downtown, elegant and quiet. However, the air conditioning in the room didn’t work. The room is terrible hot. I complained to the receptionist but they didn’t take any action . The food was ok but the services were awful. The staff were rude and no…

It is a very luxurious hotel in downtown, elegant and quiet. However, the air conditioning in the room didn’t work. The room is terrible hot. I complained to the receptionist but they didn’t take any action . The food was ok but the services were awful. The staff were rude and no experiences in hospitality ( not well trained).
Nice hotel, friendly staff, not much to see or do outside the hotel, so a perfect stop on your tour. Great breakfast buffet. In winter it can be cold as the rooms only have Aircon heating.....
