I would like to start by thanking the wonderful staff who made my stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Madiha for arranging my second stay at the hotel and for providing me with a room that exceeded my expectations, which made my stay extremely comfortable. I would also like to thank Badr for the very warm welcome upon my arrival and for clearly explaining all the services available at the hotel. Many thanks as well to Shaimaa, who was very helpful and attentive during breakfast at the restaurant. Overall, the hotel is very good in terms of location, cleanliness, and service. What I appreciated most is that the entire hotel team makes you feel that they are always ready to assist whenever needed. It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Gluten-free breakfast for 2 coeliacs managed very well, all prepared separately to the buffet. We also used the the spa and did a traditional hammam which was very relaxing. Area is a bit rough, but staff make you feel safe for puckup and drop off. Good transit point.

Awesome, well-equipped room with a great view and little outside noise. Marche centrale and surrounds all very walkable and many amenities nearby. Very easy also to get a taxi outside, tram stop nearby. I didn't make use of the spa or pool. There's an airy and bright reception area which is very elegant and flows through to the lounge and restaurant, all overlook the street outside through a wall of floor ceiling windows. So a great first impression on arrival. I really enjoyed my stay. Special thanks ro all staff and in particular Tariq, Mohamed, Soufiane, Karim, Oumaima and Oussama.
