Lovely hotel, quiet spot on the island. team at the hotel were fabulous, attentive and friendly A huge thank you to all the housekeeping team for looking after us and sorting out our plumbing issues so promptly. The catering team for providing a huge variety of food , the beef stroganoff was so delicious and the choice at breakfast vastly and always fresh. And extra thanks to the dining room team . Always greeting you with a cheery smile and super quick when cleaning up. The pool team were very patient during a couple of breezy days and met customer challenges politely but firmly - remember all it’s not just your safety that matters it is everyone’s Lovely place to stay, big space and so many spots to hide away. A special thank you to the spa team for making my daughter’s birthday memorable and relaxing. We both felt the benefit for a couple of days afterwards

It's the second time we are coming here and habing a wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and offers outstanding facilities for guests of all ages (including adult only!). The swimming pools are fantastic—clean, spacious, and perfect for both relaxing and enjoying time with the family. There was always plenty of space to unwind, and the pool areas were kept in excellent condition throughout the day. The variety of restaurants is one of the highlights of Ramla Bay. Excellent service, clean and with a great atmosphere. The spa was another exceptional feature of the hotel. You need to try it! A very special thank you goes to the manager, Haider, who went above and beyond to help us when we experienced a problem during our stay. He handled the situation with genuine care, professionalism, and kindness, making sure everything was resolved quickly. His outstanding customer service turned a difficult moment into a positive experience, and we are incredibly grateful for his support ❤️ Overall, this hotel deserves every star. Exceptional facilities, amazing restaurants, beautiful pools, a fantastic spa, and truly outstanding hospitality. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing holiday, and we can't wait to return!

What a amazing stay!! We re-visited Ramla bay resort first time in 11 years to celebrate our son's 16 years birthday. Staff helped to decorated bed beautifully and organised lovely b'day cake for us made our stay extra special and memorable. View from valcony was stunnig, specially the sunset. We truly enjoyed relaxing atmosphere and vibes of this resort. I really impressed by cleaness of resort that even communal bathroom was spotless. All the staff provide us excellent service and were very polite and friendly as well. I would definitely stay Ramla bay resort again, really can't wait!!!
