Radisson Resort Phan Thiet

We were a group of 8 people staying in 4 rooms and had a wonderful experience at Radisson Phan Thiet. Although the resort is not located in the city center, it was perfect for us. The location is peaceful and quiet, with a beautiful beach and excellent food. The staff are exceptionally well-trained, professional, and genuinely friendly. We would especially like to give 5-star recognition to the restaurant team, particularly the female waitress who served us during dinner and Chef Bao at breakfast. They were both incredibly helpful, attentive, and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality. We highly recommend this resort and look forward to returning in the future.

The highlight of the resort is definitely the morning buffet and private beach. The resort is a little far away from the city downtown where night life happens and local food. Across the resort is a cheap local banh xeo seafood very good, highly recommended. The resort is kids friendly so it’s good for family. I expect more from this brand from the States and its reputation that’s why I only give 4 stars. The reception is nice. Room cleaning is good. The room is a little small given I booked a ‘deluxe’ room. Keep in mind they only give 2 bottles of water for free. Any extra one costs about $2. You can easily buy one from the convenient store across.

The grounds of the resort and it's facilities are what you'd expect from a Radisson. The rooms are comfortable. Amenities comprehensive. Restaurants offer a pleasant variety of dining options. What set my stay apart was the hospitality of the staff. Phóc was cheerful and always a pleasure to run into. Tuán went through great lengths to make sure that a minor incident was resolved in a fair manner. I would wholeheartedly recommend staying at the Radisson Resort in Phan Thiet.
