Centara Mirage Resort Mui Ne

We had a wonderful short stay at Centara Mirage Mui Ne this July with our two kids, who absolutely loved every single pool at the resort! While the resort isn't directly on the beach, the panoramic ocean views from almost main roads to the main pools and restaurants are great. If you enjoy spending your time lounging by the pool while taking in great sea views, you’ll love this place. The lazy pool right in front of the Pool Access Rooms was a huge hit—our kids could have spent the entire day there. I know there are a lot of negative reviews regarding the buggy wait times. However, it wasn't a big issue for us. A quick tip: mention your preferences when booking, and try to avoid peak holidays or summer weekends when the resort is at full capacity! I also liked the live performance of a band during breakfast and dinner time while you enjoyed the sunset or ocean view in the morning. I will come back here next summer.

This hotel should be rated 3 stars at best—not 5 stars. The 5-star rating is incredibly misleading. The room was disappointing from the moment we walked in. It was not clean enough for a luxury hotel, with dirty corners on the floors, a terrible odor coming from the bathroom, and pillow shams that smelled unpleasant. Even the shampoo had an awful scent. To make matters worse, there wasn’t even an extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Breakfast was just as disappointing. The staff provided no guidance on seating and simply expected guests to find their own table. This creates a huge problem for families. Couples were occupying tables meant for four, leaving families of four or more unable to sit together and forcing them to split up at smaller tables. For a hotel claiming to be 5 stars, the service and organization were unacceptable. Overall, this hotel falls far short of the standards expected of a 5-star property. Between the cleanliness issues, unpleasant odors, and poor customer service, I would not recommend staying here and will never return.

I had a really great stay at Centara Mirage Resort Mui Ne. The resort feels luxurious, beautiful, and very relaxing. The pools were one of my favorite parts they were so nice, clean, and perfect for enjoying the resort. The service was also very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only small downside was the buggy/cart service. Because the resort is quite big, we needed the carts to get around, but sometimes we had to wait around 15 minutes, which could be a little inconvenient. Other than that, everything was amazing. The view, the atmosphere, and the whole experience were wonderful. I would definitely love to come back again when visiting Mui Ne!
