The amenities really stood out; having access to a high-quality 24/7 gym and a brilliant spa area with multiple saunas and a pool made a huge difference. The views both from the room as well as from the skybar were amazing. For the level of service and comfort you get, the value for money is unbeatable. Highly recommended.

Awesome urban views of surrounding towers, and the breakfast was great. Small negative is the limited seating area in the spa area that tends to be full. Used the double hot tub quite a lot, and also the large living room space. We will be back!

After a frustrating misunderstanding at the SPA, I contacted management. Julia handled it incredibly well—she replied super fast late on a weekend night with a sincere apology and a real solution. To top it off, she even came down to meet us in person at check-out to apologize face-to-face. That is top-tier professional service right there, and it’s exactly why we love returning to this brand. Thanks to Julia’s amazing service, our trust is fully restored and we’ll definitely be back!
