Quality Inn & Suites Gallup I-40 Exit 20

This is nice if your an adult staying alone...... the breakfast was great. The room was clean ish.the bads were so uncomfortable and the shower didn't drain correctly. The tub filled up completely while showering. They ran out of towels and blankets. We had kids with is and needed extra that they could not provide to us. The biggest let down was the pool. The kids were looking forward to the pool. We bought stuff to play in the pool new bathing suits and toys. They didn't even have the decency to let us know before hand. And being that is an amenity they would not give a partial refund. The breakfast was great but you could not toast a toast and make a waffle at the same time or the breaker would go off and everything would have to reset. Other than that it's conveniently located by the mall and other stores.

At first, I was a little skeptical. The room was very clean but most certainly outdated, even though the exterior of the motel was very updated. Well, let me tell you, when we crawled into the bed it was pure bliss! We were very surprised at how comfortable the sheets, the pillows, and the bed were. In fact, we talked about how much we liked this motel on our entire trip. We also enjoyed their breakfast very much. We'll definitely stay again.
