The shower only could put out hot (dial turned all the way right to "C") and hotter water (dial turned all the way to the left on "H"). There was a sign to run the water on cold for a few minutes to regulate, I ran it for 10 minutes (I timed it) and it NEVER got cold or even cool. Just hot. Everything else is good! Rooms are clean, breakfast is fantastic! Front desk folks are courteous and helpful and fun to talk to! Please fix the water issue!

For the amount of money spent, I believe I got my money's worth. Room was adequate. (Stains on floor, variable temperature water [warm to cold to hot during shower without change temp handle.], kind of a musty smell upon entering room.) Linen was clean. Pillows were perfect! Service staff were excellent! Went above and beyond when I needed quarters to do laundry onsite. Continental breakfast was ok. Would stay here again as it is just outside the city proper. Quiet, no issues. Thank you Quality Inn for the stay!
Clean and great staff, it needs some $$ on improving the floor though. Did I say the staff was great? Huge shout out to Bernard who made my short time in Seattle much much better. Highest customer service possible.
