Comfort Inn & Suites Seattle North

Located in Aurora Seattle area. 30 minute bus ride each way to Seattle This is not a traditional Comfort Suites but more of a mom and pop feel operation. Friendly staff and management. Free Breakfast includes waffles scrambled eggs toast bagels yogurt with selection of fruits. Uber/Lyft from Amtrak $40 to hotel each way. Cost is more if from SEATAC. Bus Line E $3 each way to from Seattle. Walk to Asian Market where Rain Cafe is open till 9pm for great coffee and also Sprouts next door. Nice to be living like locals and use public transportation. Room is clean and tidy with nice mattress sheets and lots of pillows.

I'll say right at the outset that overall i enjoyed my stay here. The room was as good as one can expect for a hotel, the bed was comfortable, things were quiet, and the folks at the front desk were positively lovely in their service. HOWEVER! I will never forgive that hate crime you served for breakfast. I can understand and accept the limited hot food options, this wasn't exactly peak season. But that absolute abomination that you vall biscuits and gravy, I can never forgive. How exactly do you manage to have biscuits that are both soggy and brick hard simultaneously? And that "gravy" was straight up water with little bits of sausage thrown in and also both white and brown at the same time. My hotel stay overall was marvelous, but I have never been more offended by breakfast in my life.
