I recently attended a conference hosted at the Protea Hotel in Stellenbosch, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is situated in a beautiful part of Stellenbosch, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and vineyards. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. What stood out most, however, was the exceptional service and genuine friendliness of the staff. I have very specific dietary requirements, and Makylah went above and beyond to ensure that every meal accommodated my needs and that I was well looked after throughout my stay. A special thank you to Makylah—you are an absolute superstar! Your kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help made a real difference to my experience. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality.

Lovely hotel. The rooms were well equipped and spacious with lovely views. The breakfast selection was amazing and the evenings were rounded off nicely in the in-house pub, with Craig our bartender who was so helpful and a real gentleman.
