Palma Bay Rotana Resort - New Alamein

The beach is beautiful, and the water is clear. The staff are friendly and helpful. The housekeepers is very kind and talented. Although I didn't meet him, he always left the room perfectly clean and made lovely heart shapes with the towels. It was a very nice touch and made our stay special. However, it would be even better if the beach area were wider, as the current swimming area is quite limited due to the shallow depth allowed for swimming. Adding more sand could help expand and improve the beach experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Palma Bay Rotana Resort! The design is so cozy and inviting—the perfect atmosphere to relax. The breakfast was fantastic, offering high-quality options every morning. What really stood out, though, was the staff; everyone from the reception and housekeeping to the beach sports ( Salman) team was incredibly cheerful and helpful. I even had to request a late check-out due to some personal circumstances, and they were super understanding and accommodating. Highly recommended!

I would also like to thank Regina and Lera from the animation team for their energy, friendliness, and for making our stay more enjoyable with their great activities. Finally, my appreciation goes to the restaurant management for their outstanding hospitality and the high quality of service provided throughout our stay.
