Address Beach Resort Marassi

We truly enjoyed our stay! A special thank you to Hanah from Guest Relations, Ibrahim at Luma Restaurant and Nour from main restaurant. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional, and made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean, tidy and well maintained, Also we were pleasantly surprised with a lovely little gift for our baby from the Housekeeping team. It was such a thoughtful gesture and shows how much the hotel pays attention to the little details that make guests feel special. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. I had an amazing stay at The Address Marassi Al Alamein and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The rooms were spotless throughout my stay, and I really appreciated that housekeeping came twice a day, keeping everything clean and refreshed. The restaurants were excellent, with delicious food and a great variety of options. Every member of the staff I interacted with was welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was beautiful and relaxing, especially at the beach. I also want to give special recognition to one of the lifeguards, Ahmed. When I mentioned that I have asthma, he stayed nearby and kept an eye on me the entire time I was in the water. His kindness, attentiveness, and genuine concern made me feel incredibly safe and cared for, and it meant a lot. Lastly, the golf cart drivers were always prompt, friendly, and helpful. They were consistently polite and made getting around the resort effortless. Overall, The Address Marassi exceeded my expectations. From the exceptional service to the beautiful atmosphere, every detail made for a memorable stay. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the North Coast.

As guests at Address Marassi Golf resort, we had access to the beach at this hotel. We spent time at the beach for 4 days which was an amazing experience. The hotel is so elegant and the landscapes are captivating. Every one is extremely nice and professional. The team on the beach are very help and quick with towels and cold water coolers as soon as we arrive. Ghareeb from the beach restaurants is very attentive and professional and so are the rescue guards. The pizza was delicious. They even offer a service to clean sunglasses for the guests :) Overall we were so happy with the experience using the hotel beach and swimming pool.
