My stay at the Tokyo Palace Hotel was truly outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered beautiful views along with every comfort needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel's location is excellent, providing easy access to many of Tokyo's attractions while offering a peaceful and elegant atmosphere. The breakfast selection was exceptional, featuring both Japanese and international options of the highest quality. What impressed me most was the level of service. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience, making me feel genuinely valued as a guest. I would highly recommend Tokyo Palace Hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo, whether for business or leisure. It combines luxury, comfort, and world-class hospitality, and I look forward to returning on my next trip to Japan

Visiting from NYC with our two college-age kids. Although my wife and I had been to Japan several times, this was our kids' first trip. Our first stop was Tokyo, and we decided to stay at the Palace Hotel again. It was as wonderful as we remembered from our stay in 2018—we loved the clean, pristine feel of the hotel. We had signed up for the Leaders Club membership, and the two room upgrades with a fantastic view was a lovely touch. The complimentary breakfast was sublime; having breakfast every morning in the outdoor garden was a highlight of our day. The concierge service, as expected, was extremely professional. We ended up spending five nights at the Palace and would highly recommend it!

I did a lot of research as to what hotels to stay at in Japan and I’m glad I chose Palace hotel in Tokyo for my three night day. First, the location was great. It was on the quieter side because of being in the business district however it was very close to Tokyo Station and other JR lines. We arrived very early in the morning. Our room was ready for us as I purchased one night extra. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Initially the front desk had mentioned there was no breakfast included in our stay however they later rectified that by sliding a letter under our door and also leaving a message on the TV for us. We had breakfast there every day and overall it was a good selection. I can’t speak for the other amenities but I would definitely stay at this hotel again
