A nice hotel that is centrally located and was once the KGB headquarters in the city of Tallinn. The room was not very large but was clean, sadly we had issues with the air conditioner. The hotel connects to a plaza where you'll find plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops plus trains, trams and buses are only minutes away. The Old City, a favourite tourist destination is nearby and worth checking out. The staff were professional and friendly so overall we had a pleasant.
Our hotel room was very large in size and we used a sofa bed for the extra bed. Sofa bed was better than the king sized bed which felt a bit too soft. Bath tub was great. Customer service was brilliant and child got taken into consideration by giving him a 2 euro voucher for the …

Customer service was brilliant and child got taken into consideration by giving him a 2 euro voucher for the hotel bar. Breakfast was tasty and there was a very wide selection of breakfast foods.

The service was absolutely not on expectations at reception, pretentious employee was rude and just didn’t give at all any kind of interest in the guests’ experience or feelings. We know it is only a 4* , yet when you decline a request, you can decline it nicely and not by using a tone and an attitude like you own the place and do not want “poor clients “ because I asked for a gesture. Really sad an experience that was good initially was ruined by an entitled girl at reception with no service culture.
