We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is stunning, well-equipped, and a paradise for kids. Our room was perfectly sized and spotless. The coffee in the morning was a great touch, but what made our trip truly memorable was Katrina at the restaurant. Her exceptional service was outstanding. A must-visit for families!

The view is amazing, the food is also really good and I especially love one of the waitresses at the ski restaurant, her name is Katrina, she is the best. Always so kind and helpfull. The hotel is located a stone throw from the Krkonose National Park, in the hill side overlooking beautiful valley so the tranquility is ensured here. The great experience started in the lobby upon arrival - the receptionist explained all we wanted to know with a smile and in professional manner. Room was big enough to accomodate a couple but a bit smaller when travelling with a kid when an extra bed is provided. But we counted on that so no surprise for us. The food was simply amazing. Wide choice of different hot, cold, sweet foods both for breakfasts and dinners was frequently filled in and the taste was simply excellent..!Hat down to the local chef..! What we appreciated a lot was a smart idea with separate preparation table with several meat cuts (salami, ham), cheeses, fruits and veggies for us to create a small snack to go. Such snack comes handy when on long trip through the hills where no refreshments is available for purchase. The staff was professional at all situations, our table was always bussed promptly and every time we ordered a drink it was delivered promptly. Overall, we really enjoyed every moment of our stay and if we return? You bet we will..
