Hotel Jelinek

Our experience at JELENIK Hotel in the Czech Republic was extremely disappointing. The food was of very poor quality – nothing was worth eating. On top of that, there was a serious issue with the payment: we were a group of six, but the staff insisted that only one person should pay for everyone with a credit card, which not only showed a complete lack of professionalism but also seemed like an attempt to avoid paying proper taxes. The attitude was unprofessional, very nervous, and at one point the staff member even laid a hand on one of us, which is absolutely unacceptable. An experience we never want to repeat, and we strongly advise others to stay away from this place.

Cosy and welcoming Hotel, we felt well looked after. Very friendly staff and good breakfast with great selection. Its central of the village and easy to navigate to and from if you don‘t come by car. Room was comfortable and big, everything clean. The only comment I would make the bathroom had only a glass sliding door, non lockable. Something to bear in mind if you prefer more privacy.
