I had an exceptional stay at Novotel, and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible staff. A special thank you to Carolina, who went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. She genuinely made us feel welcome, took the time to ensure our room met our needs, and consistently checked that everything was perfect throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a real difference. She is a true credit to the hotel and, in my opinion, the best representation of Lithuanian hospitality. Her warmth, pride in her work, and genuine care for guests created an experience we’ll remember long after we’ve gone home. I’d also like to thank Tomas, who was always friendly, approachable, and happy to help whenever we needed anything. His excellent customer service really added to the positive experience. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but it’s the people who make a place special. Carolina and Tomas are outstanding ambassadors for Novotel, and Carolina, in particular, deserves recognition for the exceptional level of service she provides. Thank you both for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be returning and will be recommending this hotel to friends and family.
