For our stay it was quite a big minus that the electric charging and parking option was not available due to a "fully booked" parking area, which apparently is rather limited.
We loved our stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were modern and convenient. Easy to e bike to the town centre by hiring the e-bikes directly available from the hotel. Perfect!! We also hired a tour through Detour Alsace - an e-bike tour and Cedric our guide, was amazing. Great way to see the vineyards.

The location is excellent—right on the edge of Colmar’s old town and within easy walking distance of the main sights. The hotel also appears relatively new and well maintained. Unfortunately, at €245 for 2 nights, it was of marginal value. The room was a very ordinary accessible room, which made the bathroom awkward to use. The wet-room setup felt more like a camper bathroom than an upscale hotel. Our first-floor room was directly across from the elevator and above the entrance and bus stop, so it was noisy throughout the day and night. The walls were also very thin. Parking was another major frustration. The spaces were extremely cramped, and on our second night another guest was assigned the space we had already paid for. At checkout, the clerk also claimed we had underpaid through Expedia and tried to charge us more. I refused, and we ultimately paid only the city tax and parking. UPDATE: The hotel director graciously contacted me about my review - there was apparently some miscommunication between my travel agent and Expedia, and I have corrected the errors in this review. I have added an additional star, but would still be circumspect about booking here again.
