We had such a lovely time at the hotel! Everything about it made for a truly memorable stay. The location was just perfect, the restaurant and breakfast were excellent and the parks around the hotel were a peaceful place to relax and do lots of fun things. When it was hot, the spa was a real escape, offering a cool and relaxing place to unwind. Our dog especially loved the cosy little terrace outside our room, which made our stay even more special. What really makes this hotel special is the staff. They were so warm and attentive, especially during breakfast, which made us feel so welcome. And the Entrecôte, it was just so good! a highlight that we will never forget.

An absolutely exceptional hotel, a very short walk from the old town and Petite Venise. The staff was professional and friendly, the included breakfast was excellent. We unfortunately did not get to enjoy the Michelin restaurant, but we did spend a wonderful spa day. The treatments were so-so, but the spa itself is modern and very relaxing. There is also a nice park on one side of the hotel, nice for a walk in the mornings. The staff at the lobby bar were accommodating and kept up with our requests each night while we were catching up after our days of sightseeing.

EXCEPTIONAL in every aspect, staff, cleanliness, facilities, even extending to the quality of bedding and mattress, the Spa everything was perfect and nothing was too much trouble. Rita looked after us and was lovely, very friendly and helpful and went out of her way to help us. This is a genuinely special hotel, it's difficult to get all aspects to the same very high standard but at this hotel they seemed to have succeeded. Thank you for a wonderful stay
