I have now stayed twice at this hotel. Both rooms were neat and tidy. I particularly liked the bed which was very comfortable . The other important feature was there was a separate bath and a shower cubicle., as I find getting out of the bath a bit of a challenge. The house keeping team did an excellent job keeping my room in order. I had both continental and cooked breakfasts during my time in the hotel. The selection of both hot and cold dishes was good. Michelle and her team did a good job taking care of me. The team of receptionists were welcoming and offered efficient service. Of particular note were Thary who was always friendly and Bruno who has a warm and charming personality. He gives the impression nothing is too much trouble. 2 memorable stays.

Very comfortable bed. Near all mayor roads leading to Newcastle. Good disabled facilities except for the bath tub which was not user friendly for disabled people in this particular room. Actual bath did not fit a shower chair easily. Also grab handles for coming out of the bath not in the correct places. We managed but had to think about it! We brought our own seat to use in the shower as there was not one provided. There was a small fridge in the room that was very useful. Would definitely recommend and we would stay there again ourselves.
