For the “great” mercure it is weird to see there is no airconditioning in the rooms, shampoos are empty and the bottle holders are coming of the floor. Even when you go to the spa, you can’t wash yourself after a visit because both showers don’t have shower gel. Little details like this made our stay less great for what could have been a great hotel.
