Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam

Apart from many wonderful reviews on the hotel and front desk, I’d like to emphasize on the brilliant gem also locating on the sixth floor of the hotel. My daughter just had the pleasure of trying a specially created non-alcoholic punch made with pineapple and orange juice, beautifully finished with tasteful salt and lime around the rim of the glass. The drink was incredibly refreshing, with the fragrant aroma of pineapple and a smooth balance of sweet and tangy flavours. The touch of salt complemented the fruitiness perfectly and made every sip even more enjoyable. This special drink was thoughtfully prepared by Khun Way for an important guest who could not consume alcohol. It was a wonderful gesture that truly reflected the care and attention provided by the staff at the hotel’s sixth-floor lounge. Very touching, Khun Way, Khun Seph, and the other team members were consistently warm, friendly, and attentive. They regularly checked whether the food and drinks were satisfactory and whether any further assistance was needed. Their genuine smiles and excellent hospitality made me feel truly welcomed and well cared for. I am very impressed and delighted to have stayed at this hotel. The personalised service and thoughtful attention from the lounge team made the experience especially memorable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was lovely, the service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Everything was well taken care of, which made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. I’d also like to give a special mention to Seph from the lounge. Seph is such a lovely person — very friendly, kind, and always smiling. He has a warm and cheerful personality that instantly makes people feel comfortable. He’s also very good-looking and has such a cute smile! His positive energy and bright personality really made my experience even better. It was always nice to see him around the lounge because he brought such a happy and lively atmosphere.

Novotel Pratunam is one of my favorite hotels in Bangkok, especially when I am here for work. The location is extremely convenient, right next to Platinum Mall and close to many shopping and food options, which makes everything very easy. Palmy & Jeena at reception were super friendly and helpful. I especially loved the renovated pool area. The design is beautiful, modern and relaxing, and it feels like a little escape in the middle of the city. My 7-year-old daughter loved it as well, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also really enjoyed the big breakfast buffet, with so many different options for everyone. The food and cocktails by the pool were delicious too. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient hotel with a great atmosphere. We would definitely come back.
