Clean hotel with nice breakfast, really close to the central station. Amazing staff, especially Jolanda who made our trip extra amazing. Me and husband were celebration our 1 year anniversary and got macarons and two bottles of Prosecco in our room upon arrival.

Stayed for one night on a short trip. The hotel is well located and the room itself was clean, but I was disappointed by the lack of basic amenities. For a four‑star property, you’d expect at least a complimentary bottle of water. When I asked staff, I was simply pointed towards the minibar — which is chargeable. As I arrived late, I had to go out again just to buy water. It felt unnecessary and not in keeping with the standard the hotel claims to offer. A simple improvement in guest courtesy would make the experience much better.
