Nice room, and friendly staff. Location is superb. Beautiful interior of the hotel. For the sensitive sleepers: I could hear club music pounding on a Saturday while in my room, but that's what you sign up for in the city center! It wasn't a bother to me, and I brought earplugs.

We encountered a minor issue with our room, but she promptly addressed it and offered additional assistance. While the rooms are little small, the location is great. The food was also delicious.
